At MBC, Bible Study Fellowship broadly serve two purposes. First, these groups are designed for ease of access so that any guest will feel quickly welcome and free to engage in the discussion. Whether the guest is already a Christian or in the process of inquiring about Christ, these groups allow participants to actively learn about the Word of God and experience what it means to be a Christian by participating in the study of God’s Word with believers.

Second, these groups are for the members of MBC. According to the Scripture, believers are told to admonish, encourage, honor, and love one another. To faithfully obey these directives, believers must develop growing relationships whereby they can know one another. To this end, MBC encourages its members and guests to participate in Bible Study Fellowships. In these groups, a passage from the Scripture will be studied and participants will be asked a series of questions that are based on the passage. By remaining committed and involved in this fellowship, members will grow in their knowledge of God’s Word and become strengthened by their growing fellowship with other believers.
